Exact formatting matters. Whether the message is client:nonce or client:nonce:cursor, whether the server seed is used as ASCII or decoded from hex, and whether the roll is floored or rounded all vary between sites, so follow the operator’s published documentation precisely — a mismatch almost always means a format error, not a caught cheat. The house edge cost $30. A routine 10% move in a major altcoin — an ordinary week, not a crash — moved the position by $100, more than three times as much. A 20% move dominates the gambling result entirely.
